Blockchain Panel Discussion – A Business Perspective – Akld

14 March @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Get the latest updates about blockchain technology in New Zealand and globally. Connect with experts and blockchain based projects happening around New Zealand.

Hear from a panel of business leaders, including ANZ, Consensys, IBM, New Zealand Post, and the FMA – on how they’re using blockchain in their business, and what they see as the opportunities (and any impediments) for blockchain adoption in the future. The panel discussion, led by Chris Linton, will run from 6.15 – 7.15pm (including Q&A), and will be followed by networking. This follows BANZ’s successful 2017 business panel.

Visit our Meetup page to RSVP.

The venue for this event has been generously donated by Duncan Cotterill.

Directions: L1, Australis Nathan Building, Takutai Square, Britomart (entrance through the café next to Chanel).

What is the blockchain?

Blockchain is the first successfully tested distributed ledger technology. The technology is a catalyst for the Age of Decentralisation, paving the way for business models that have not been possible before. It is providing us with new opportunities for human achievement.
